    QWhen do my taxes become delinquent?
    ATaxes become delinquent on February 1st of each year. Additional penalty and interest are added at a percentage to original taxes and is increased in increments each month. Feb = 7% Mar = 9% Apr = 11% May = 13% June = 15% July = 18% Aug = 19% Sep = 20%, etc.

    AAttorney fees start July 1st of each year. These fees can be anywhere from 15% up to 20%.
